Chef Drew Lockett of Cochon Butcher - Biography

Born in New Orleans and raised in Slidell, Louisiana, Drew Lockett kicked off his culinary career by attending the Culinary Institute of America. After graduating, he worked in several restaurants in New York City and Portland, Oregon, collecting culinary experience and inspiration. In spring 2011, Lockett moved back to New Orleans to join Cochon Butcher as chef de cuisine.
