Brewer Daniel Endicott of Forest & Main Brewing Company - Biography
Daniel Endicott has been brewing beer for seven years. In 2009, Endicott went to England to study traditional British brewing techniques at the University of Sunderland’s Brewlab department. Having returned to Pennsylvania with a Certificate in Practical Brewing he and partner, Garard Olson, worked for over a year on opening Forest & Main in a renovated 1800s Victorian home in Ambler, Pennsylvania. Forest & Main focuses on Belgian-style (Olson’s domain) and the English ales Endicott learned to make and love while working abroad.
