Sommelier Brent Jones of Galley Beach - Biography

Brent Jones first fell in love with wine when he was 19-years-old during his time working at The Waterfront in Cincinnati, Ohio. By 2001 his professional career in wine started to take shape while working in Aspen, Colorado with Master Sommelier Jay Fletcher at the award-winning restaurant Syzygy. Jones became a certified sommelier in 2008 and was ready to work on his own. Since then he’s worked at restaurants such as Galley Beach in Nantucket, restaurant Latour in New Jersey, Fifth Floor in San Francisco, Alinea in Chicago, Frasca in Boulder, and both the Caribou Club and Hotel Jerome of Aspen.
