Chef Brendan Cox of Oakleaf - Biography
Chef Brendan Cox grew up near Washington, D.C., and established himself as one of the city’s best chefs, making a name for himself at Circle Bistro and DC Coast. In 2011, Cox pulled up his roots and resettled in Pittsboro, North Carolina, where he and his family purchased a small farm. Since, they’ve opened Oakleaf restaurant that relies on the farm to supply local, personally raised produce and meat for the menu.
