Adam Nadel started his culinary career on the West Coast, working part-time as a caterer and dinner party chef for his friends while attending classes at the California School of Culinary Arts. After graduating in 2004, Nadel began working in top rated restaurants Providence and Nobu in San Diego. Leaving the California sun behind, Nadel headed to New York where he worked at Nobu NYC and Tailor. With a fondness for Italian cuisine and eagerness to perfect his pasta rolling skills, Nadel took a job as Chef de Cuisine working alongside pasta pro Chef Missy Robbins at the Marc Restaurant Groups, A Voce Columbus.
