Sommelier Aaron Wilson of La Coop Bistro a Vins - Biography
Originally from Toledo, Ohio, Aaron Wilson has a master’s degree in restaurant business from Sullivan University in Louisville, Kentucky. Wilson started as a server’s assistant at Market Street’s La Coop Bistro In November 2012 and went on to become the sommelier. In 2013, he became the General Manager. Wilson has completed the Certified Sommelier Examination (Level Two) offered by The Court of Master Sommeliers and is currently studying in preparation for the Court’s Advanced Sommelier Course and Examination (Level Three), which he plans to take in Arpil 2014.
