Tips for Staffing Your Booth
Don't make the typical mistake of 1st time sponsors...
Divide and Conquer: We recommend dividing your staff by shift and responsibility.
Morning 8am-2pm:attend workshops & man the booth
Evening 2pm-2am: Main Stage & Evening Events
Go meet the chefs where they are. Attend demonstrations/workshops to meet attendees.
We recommend having no more than 2 staff members in your booth at one time.
A group of sponsors hanging around and sitting at the booth does not create a welcoming environment. DON'T DO IT!!
For evening events (check out info on the left navigation about this), decide who is best for late night drinking with the chefs.
