2004 IACP Cookbook Awards
It's that time of year again. Entry forms for the
2004 IACP Cookbook Awards are now available. Consider
entering this year's program in one of 12 categories;
ranging from American to Single Subject to Health and
Special Diet.
Any new, original book on food or beverages copyrighted
in 2003 and published for the first time in English
is eligibible for consideration in the program. Books
with a 2002 copyright date which were not published
or available for entry in the 2003 awards program by
the November 15, 2002 deadline will be accepted for
consideration in the 2004 awards program. However, a
signed affidavit from the publisher stating the book
was not deliverable prior to the 2002 entry deadline
must be included with the entry.
Deadline for submission is December 1, 2003.
