Ingredients:
- ¾ ounce homemade grenadine
- ¾ ounce Pernod
- ¼ ounce lemon juice
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 ounce rose Champagne
- Mint leaves
Method:
Combine grenadine, Pernod, lemon juice, and bitters, shake to chill, and strain into a Marie Anoinette Coupe glass. Top off with rose Champagne and garnish with mint leaves.
