Beranbaum’s most notable cookbooks, The Cake Bible, The Pie and Pastry Bible and The Bread Bible, will surely go down as the most comprehensive and steadfast manuals, which lead to great results every time.

Beranbaum has written eight cookbooks, with another currently in the works. Her books and writing have won countless awards, including The James Beard Award for Desserts and Baking in 1990 for Rose’s Christmas Cookies. More recently, Beranbaum has been working on the second season of her television show, “Baking Magic with Rose Levy Beranbaum,” which airs on PBS. She is also working on a product line, which is scheduled to launch this summer.
