Five must-have ingredients in a pantry:

1. Extra virgin olive oil - it's both a cooking medium and a flavoring agent.
2. Imported Italian pasta - you always want it.
3. Garlic - keeps you healthy, happy and satisfied.
4. Chicken stock - it can be the base for sauce, soup or risotto.
5. Parmigiano Reggiano

With these 5 ingredients, you have a meal.

Top three most important kitchen tools at home and in restaurant:

1. A great, sharp chef's knife
2. Tongs
3. Food processor
