But, Webster’s neglects to reference Alexandra Ewald, a chef whose bio-compass instinctively points her on a path of adventure, creativity, and out of this world cuisine. Instinct has led Chef Alex across the globe, from Germany through Europe, from Spain across the oceans, landing on a nub of pristine green called St. John.
