Its easy - slide your tomatoes as you would to eat them, place the slices in even rows on a sheet of tin foil and drizzle with olive oil -turn the oven to app. 175 - 200 degrees and leave them in there until there wrinkly (could take as long as 16 hours) Finally, let them cool down, put them in a jar with a little salt and cover them with olive oil (put in any other things you want, such as garlic, oregano etc) close the jar and put them in the fridge. Let them sit there for a couple weeks to allow them marinate in the oil. And thats it. You can use up tons of tomatoes doing this.
