: cilantro is widely used in mexican and far eastern cooking. its that little green leaf in mexican salsas. also known as coriander-the seed is used for center of jaw breakers. its also a very pretty delicate pink early spring flowering plant. throw a few seeds in the garden, pick the leaves, then let it go to flower.
