PAsta and pasta sauce in a jar...toss with fresh or frozen vegetables for a vegetarian dinner; serve with fish or chicken for a meal with a little more oomph. There was a time when I thought prepared sauce was for cheaters; no more. I don't have time for long simmering; I don't need a shelf full of herbs; I don't want to have to hope and pray it comes out OK.
