Sea Food Guacho

1/2 Lbs. clams
1/2 lbs. shripms

1 med. onion
2 med. tomatoes
3 culantro leafs
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
salt to taste

Claen all seafood
Wash and let rice sit on water for 2 hours or longer
Then cook rice with seafood and yuca, let simmer until rice is done
On frying pan add 1 one teaspoon of cooking oil, saute onion, tomato and oregano; then add rice
Cook 20 min. or more
It has to simer for a while or until is aguachado
Serves approx. 5-6 servings
Reminder add plenty of water so that rice does not dry.
Buen Apetito.
