: Linguini and white clam sauce is the quick pick for this home.
: Olive oil, garlic, white onions. crimini mushrooms, baby clams or minced quahaugs, clam juice, fresh thyme, fresh oregano, minced flat leaf parsley, grated romano, white pepper, and last but not least number 8 linguini.
: Make sauce at least a day ahead.
: (note: when serving, pour steaming hot clam sauce over al dente linguini and let sit for five minutes or so while bread is heating. This allows the sauce to ooze into the pasta and garlic fusion occurs.
