My parents are from Switzerland and I grew up loving Raclette. My husband and I received 2 ovens as wedding presents. We have large parties and use all 14 settings.

As for recipies, there really are none. You just melt 1 1/2" square slices in each little pan with any toppings which you desire (be careful not to pile it too high or else it will take longer to cook and/or burn). When nice and bubbly, scrape with wooden spoon onto a cooked red potato. Top with ground pepper, paprika, or nutmeg.

Some toppings we use are: ham, bacon, shrimp, corn, peppers, green onions, tomatos...or anything else you like.
