AT the end of the day commis chef are in it for the money
and do not care about cooking.I have been a chef for the last seven years and
people just enter the trade think they know everything,and you can
not do anything about it.Because places can not afford to loss chef.there is alot of
chefs feel the same and that why alot of good chefs are leaving the trade because of money
and badly trained chef who think there god gift.
