Hi i'm paul and i am a chef, in responce to luis i think the
best way to get better tips from customers is to pamper
them. Make them feel important and exceed their
expectations. there are many ways to do this. Here is
how i train waiters/waitresses. Firstly smile and
approach the guest with great confidence and
importance. then the greeting, good morning/ good
afternoon/ good evening - welcome to the
(resturant name). showing them to their table you try
and engage in conversation. english people on holiday
like to feel important and rich so treat them so and they
will pay you generously.Good luckand i have some
handbooks that you might like.
reply paul
