I know what you mean..oh, the stories i could tell..i need a refresher course on fine dining..some tips..applying at a four star hotel.breakfast /lunch shift..give me a refresher course ..fast..been a bartendar for the last 20 years..only it's been causal the last 7 years..thanks.
