I have been working as a cook for about 7 years(im 24 years old),and right now im working at a wery fashionable restaurand in sweden.I think it is hard to get the customers and the owners to know how much work it is in every dish.They also have a bit of a hurry getting theire food,if we had more time we could do miracles,but time is money,as the owners check our working ours (sometimes up to 17 hours a day..)
They often complain about the money the spend on wages ,but they dont wants to work at all the selfs...
