Customers ask us to "reserve" a space for them in the restaurant. We only have so many tables to sell in a given night. We honor this agreement, asking for no deposit. When other guests call for that time, we turn them down, waiting for the reservation! They think nothing of not showing up, showing up an hour late, showing up with half the original number. For larger parties, we have often held the table for an hour or so before their reservation (being unable to seat guests there and get them up before the reservation time). ALL we ask is a call, just LET US KNOW if you can't make it or will be late or if your number has changed!! We love taking reservations for you, but hate losing money when you dont show up and have we lost a seating.
