: And if it is extrememly dead it saves everyone money by closing early.. like i said, your $50 check doesn't pay for the wait staff, kitchen staff, busboys, electricity, heat, water.. and all that stuff to stay on the extra hour... :)


Michele - You have a SERIOUS attitude problem. Maybe you've just been in the business too long and are extremely bitter. People like you are the reason many restaurants lose repeat business. If you hate your job so much, why don't you do something else? Or are you just waitressing instead of going to college and getting a real job? Maybe you should consider being a stripper - that way you could still hate all your customers, but you'd be making like 10 times more money. You're probably not attractive enough, though. Maybe that's another reason you're so bitter....
