Service with poor attitude

There are many waiters who act like they are the culinary counterpart to fashion's super models. Generous, precise, warm, decent, clean service can make or break a meal - food can be a decent second in how a restaurant rates.

Partaking in food should be intimate and energizing not hurried, harried, and draining.
