: I agree with your comment about uneven wine prices. I ordered a bottle of premium champagne at one very nice establishment for $110, which I thought was reasonable. I checked the price for the same champagne at another similar nearby restaurant last week and the price was $170! Needless to say I will pass on the $170 bottle and think twice when evaluating in which restaurant in choose to dine. By the way, the $110 bottle was at Cousins Heritage Inn in Dexter, Michigan and the $170 bottle was at The Earle in Ann Arbor, Michigan -- a 7 mile drive will save you $60!
