Hey, Bart! WHERE are you from, anywy? Blowing your nose at the table IS rude. Here's a tip: restrooms. USE them. As for blowing your nose in your napkin at the table and leaving it for the restaurant personnel to pick up is the height of disgusting,rude behavior. Not to mention, awfully unhygienic.
