i know a restaura (female) chef in st. louis at maritz
who had headlice for six weeks and had to move to
shake it. she was employed the whole time so i
truly question the work ethics of restaura employees.
seems that they should have internal health inspections
periodically since they (the company and it's
customer's) are expected to adhere to such strict
health codes. she was even billed as a "pastry
chef"... how awful to eat white icing and never
know!
