What the hell are you trying to do?You either price the wine so high that no one can afford it, or if youprice a bottle resonably, it is undrinkable. Either way we` screwed. We`payingso much for the wine that we can` enjoy your food because we` pissed offabout the price of the wine, or we` drinking lousy wine that does a disserviceto your cooking. Wine was meant to compliment your food, not distract fromit. Price the wines at, or near your cost. Make money on your food. If Ican get a nicebottle of wine for $10 - $15, I` probably buy more food, maybe have adesert wine.Please don` sell me a bottle of wine for $18 - $20 that I just saw inLarry` $9.99. Now see what you` done? You` got me all jervous and nerky. I`have tostop by Larry` for a nice bottle of red wine to soothe my nerves.
