Blueberry Recipe Contest Winners
In a creative culinary competition for professional and student chefs across the country, the U.S. Highbush Blueberry Council (USHBC) and StarChefs.com teamed up to challenge chefs and future chefs to create innovative blueberry recipes. The recipe contest took place from June 15 to September 15, 2007 at StarChefs.com. First and second place winners were chosen in each category of professional and student chef. Winners, judged by representatives from the USHBC and StarChefs.com, showed how blueberries fit into a wide variety of dishes.
