Rising Stars Revues

The Rising Stars Revue showcases up-and-coming chefs across the country who are pushing culinary boundaries. The event is a gala walk-around tasting, featuring signature dishes from each chef, as well as fine wine pairings, spirits, and entertainment. Nominated by the StarChefs Advisory Board - made up of 20 of the country’s most influential chefs - these promising culinary artists have demonstrated that they are the star chefs of the future. Creativity, ambition, exquisite presentation, and most importantly, delicious food, earn each chef the designation of Rising Star.

A Kitchen Without Boundaries

StarChefs.com International Chefs Congress is a three-day culinary symposium where the world’s most influential and innovative chefs present the latest techniques and culinary concepts to up to 1,500 of their chef peers. This is the only event of its kind in the US and will take place September 16 - 18, 2007 in New York City. Attendees will witness innovative chef demonstrations and expert panels on relevant industry topics, as well as participate in smaller hands-on cooking workshops and wine tastings. They will also have access to a Chef Products Fair featuring the latest kitchen equipment from leading manufacturers and chef-quality food and beverage products from the US and abroad.
