The StarChefs Rising Stars Revue showcases up-and-coming culinary talent across the country. The event is a gala walk-around tasting for 400-600 people, featuring signature dishes from each chef, as well as fine wine pairings, spirits, and entertainment. This event is attended by the leading members of the press and the who’s-who of the culinary world. Additionally, it helps sponsors develop relationships with the industry professionals who are pushing culinary boundaries. 2009 cities include Seattle, California Wine Country, New York and Boston.
