Vegetable Scramble
Chop fresh bell pepper, carrots, onion and parsley.
Add frozen package of Oriental vegetables.
Spray with vegetable spray, butter flavor preferred.
Steam.
Prepare scrambled eggs, adding steamed vegetables mid-way through scrambling the eggs.
Serve with broiled English muffin.
Spray English muffin halves with vegetable spray and sprinkle with parsley before broiling.
This is a wholesome breakfast and a neat way to get your kids to eat
vegetables.
