Ecuadorian Rice
Ingredients:
Bring water with all ingrdients minus rice to boil, when boils add rice, cover pot and put to low heat.
In fifteen minutes or until it is done.
You will see little holes on top.
Then rice should be done!
This recipe serves six!
I hope you like it.
Also can be served with chicken, meat or fish and salad.
