Salmon with Mustard & Horse Radish
Spread salmon filets with dijon mustard, top that with a spread of horse radish, & sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes, depending on fish thickness.
Sprinkle with olive oil & place under broiler till brown.
Watch so it doesn't burn.
