Rice Bake with Shrimp and Asparagus
Ingredients:
Preheat oven to 450
Cook rice according to package directions,reducing cooking time to 15 minutes.
Add asparagus to rice after 11 minutes
In baking dish combine rice(along with liquid in pan) shrimp,mushrooms and cheese.
Season with pepper.
Drizzle with oil and dust with paprica
Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes until liquid is absorbed but rice is still moist
You can also use chicken instead of shrimp.
