Haddock Monte-Carlo

Ingredients:

• Smoked Haddock
• Single cream
• Black Pepper (freshly ground)
• Tomatoes
• Butter
• Prawns (optional)

Place fish in oven proof dish. Add cream, pepper,tomatoes, and fleck with butter. Cook in a moderate oven until fish is cooked. Serve with French bread to mop up juices.
