Apricot-Honey Chicken Poupon

Ingredients:

• 1/3 cups Grey Poupon Honey Mustard
• 3 tbsp apricot preserves
• 1 tsp ginger -- ground
• 4 ea chicken breast halves without skin

Blend mustard, apricot preserves and ginger. Brush some mustard mixture on chicken. Grill or broil chicken, brushing with mustard mixture frequently until done. Serves four. Preparation time 30 minutes.
