Chicken in Caper Wine Sauce (Serves 4)

Ingredients:

Slice each chicken breast horizontally in half to make 2 thin fillets.
Season with salt and pepper. Dust with flour.
Saute the fillets in the butter and oil until golden brown on each side.
Remove the chicken and deglaze the pan with the wine.
Let the wine reduce for 30 seconds and put in the capers.
Saute for another minute.
Add the chicken and saute again for a minute just to glaze the chicken with the sauce.
Very easy and delicious !!! Great served with fettucine Alfredo.
