Carol's Chicken

Ingredients:

• 6 - 8 chicken breast fillets (skinned and boneless)
• 1 jar Dried Beef
• 6 - 8 stripes bacon (1 strip for every chicken breast)
• 1 can cream of celery soup
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 cup sour dream

Line dried beef in bottom of 9 X 11 casserole.
Roll up chicken breasts and wrap with bacon.
Put chicken on top of dried beef.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
Bake at 400 degrees covered for 50 minutes. Then uncovered 30 minutes.
I serve this over rice. Very easy and is delicious!
