Spinach and feta stuffed chicken

• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 8oz. frozen spinach, thawed
• 1/3 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup crumbled feta
• 1tsp. garlic powder
• salt and pepper to taste
• 4 slices bacon (optional)

Mix all ingredients except chicken and bacon.

Be sure to drain spinach. Cut chicken enough to stuff handfull of filling in the middle. Stuff filling and place in casserole dish. Optional- place bacon over top of chicken

Bake at 400 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.
