Sauteed Chicken breast with roasted garlic white wine parmesean cheese and fresh sweet basil
In a medium sized sautee your chicken breast, completely searing on both sides...After all the chicken is seared place in a 350 degree oven Lower the flame one your sautee pan, and add your wine, being sure to get all the scrapings loose from the pan...bring this liquid to a quick simmer, add the basil and swirl in the butter...
serve with rice, and veg, pasta, whipped potatoes a good loaf of bread
