BEER & PORK CHOPS
Brown chops, place on top of sauerkraut bed mixed with mustard & apple sauce. Pour
beer over. Cover and bake 325-350 degrees for one hour. Stiffen the juices with a mixture
of corn starch and water. Serves two as an entire dinner.
(cook it lower and slower for the most tenderness)
