Mexican Macaroni and Cheese
Melt margarine and stir in the flour so that it is smooth. Add the milk while stirring. Continue to stir until the milk mixture begins to become thick. Add the cheese while continuing to stir. Once all of the cheese is melted, pour over the macaroni in a buttered casserole dish. Sir in the salsa. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and dot with margarine. Bake at 350 degrees until the dish is heated through. This will take about 30 minutes.
*more or less salsa can be used.
