Low-Calorie Pastiere
In a bowl, beat the eggs well. Add the cottage cheese, grated cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Gently toss the macaroni into the mixture. Generously grease an 8 x 12-inch baking dish. Add the macaroni mixture.
Bake in a preheated 325-degree oven for 1 hour.
