Ingredients:
preheat oven to 350.
In large bowl mix cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla. Mix well until filling becomes fluffy. (approx. 3-4 min. w/ mixer) place filling in refrigerator, while you prepare the crust. take pie crust and brush lightly with melted butter, making sure to brush the edges.
Bake in oven for 10 minutes. Remove crusts from oven, fill with
filling. In a separate bowl take pears and drain the juice. Cut the pears
into long thin
wedges. Place wedges into top of filling, pushing them slightly into the
filling. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar until desired
coating is achieved. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Best when served warm.
