WINTER CASEROLE
Pre-cook sausage until almost done in separate fry pan, drain and put in a 5 qt. crock pot.
Cut hot dogs in 1/4" pieces, cut stems off of chili's and cut peppers up into small pieces. Cut all vegetables in small 1/4" pieces, cut olives in half. Put contents into crock pot.
Add tomato sauces and water at the very end. Put lid on crock pot, turn on High, let cook for 2-3 hours, then shift to Low for 1 hour, constantly stirring every 30 minutes contents from bottom to top.
Shut off crock pot and serve. Serve in bowls.
Serves: At least 12 people. Very tangy when heated up,
but is a great recipe for cold weather or winter.
