Stuffed Peppers Casserole
Cook meat and onions in skillet; stirring occasionally until done. drain,
stir in cooked rice, salt, garlic salt and 1 cup tomato sauce; heat until
hot. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line bottom of 9x12 baking dish with sliced
peppers. Pour meat and rice mixture over peppers. Pour remaining tomato sauce
over mixture. Cover and bake 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15
minutes longer. Sprinkle with cheese the last 15 minutes of cooking.
