Burgers

• 3lbs ground round
• 1 pkg dry onion souo mix
• 2 beef bouillion cubes (crumbled)
• 1 tsp granulated garlic
• 1 tsp lemon pepper
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp ground red cayenne pepper
• 2 tbls beer

Mix all together and shape into 12 patties. Grill over hardwood coals until done to your liking. Serve with your favorite toppings on a large roll.
