brown all above ingredients, drain any fat, pressing with back of spoon to make sure all is removed, pour meat mixture back into skillet. Add one can tomato paste, one and one half cans of water, a package of spaghetti sauce mix (powdered) and one tablespoon plus one teaspoon of italian seasonings, salt and pepper. mix and heat until bubbly.

meanwhile, mix one carton of sour cream (one cup) and three cups of shredded mozerella cheese.

pour spaghetti sauce mixture into casserole dish, top with spoonfulls of sour cream mixture.

take one can of crescent rolls and roll out flat, pulling and stretching to fit to of casserole dish making sure that all edges are sealed together. top with pats of butter and parmesan cheese. bake at 350 degrees until rolls are done (15 to 20 minutes).

serve with a tossed or english pea salad!

this is a dish that is as pretty as it is good.
